We are passionate about supporting pupils, families and schools in the West Midlands. We believe that our approach to social and emotional well-being is the most positive way to help those who are vulnerable or at risk, especially from school exclusion. We see early intervention as the key to our success and that by working together, thinking additional provision rather than alternative provision, we will reduce the need for exclusions in West Midlands schools.
Our values are built around the Golden Circle Model, we focus on the “Why” before anything else, working from the inside, out.
Ultimately, we have a long track record that proves Switch successfully impacts pupils’ social and emotional well-being, plus our staff have the genuine behaviour management and family support expertise that provide results. We have operated for over 10 years developing and fulfilling these values and have seen our service consistently deliver results for pupils, their families and schools.
Our support is comprehensive in its ethos and involves working with pupils both in and out of the school environment, supporting their families and assisting schools with behaviour and attendance strategies.
